Studio Code Of Practice

 

At The Tenancy Studio, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients, staff, and collaborators. As part of this commitment, we want to create a code of practice which champions the work and missions we are trying to achieve.

 

We will therefore not tolerate any of the following behaviors under any circumstances:

 

Harassment, Discrimination, or Abuse 

Any form of verbal, physical, or emotional harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status is strictly prohibited.

  

Inappropriate Conduct

Disrespectful behavior, including offensive language, unwanted physical contact, or any inappropriate actions that disrupt the professional environment or make others uncomfortable, is unacceptable.

  

Disruption of Services

Any actions that interfere with the smooth operation of our studio, including failure to follow directions, causing unnecessary delays, or damaging studio property, will not be tolerated.

  

Violation of Studio Policies

Clients are expected to adhere to all studio policies, including respecting appointment times, payment agreements, and proper use of studio facilities. Failure to comply with these policies may result in the termination of services without refund of your deposit.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service or (in extreme cases or if deemed morally appropriate) take legal action against any individual who violates these guidelines.

 

Our goal is to maintain a creative, welcoming, and professional environment where everyone feels safe and respected and where artists across our industry can feel championed, included, seen and heard.
