An online Pay What You Can group acting workshop which explores detailed & innovative ways to get the most from your monologue.

This workshop is perfect for those preparing auditions for youth theatres, drama schools and industry showcases.

At TheTen, we call it 'monologue mapping' -

how we can uncover the MOMENTS in a speech and how our performance can best serve these moments.

 

We will explore rehearsal techniques and ways to stay on-thought to avoid over familiarity. We will discuss the importance of pace, rhythm & tone in demonstrating our range. We will set character development exercises, explore how to best serve the physical space & question our bravery in decision making.
